Our Can Am Maverick X3 Sport Front Bumper is designed to complete our gusset kit. The bumper bolts directly to the front bulkhead in 4 additional locations on top of the 4 a arm mounting points. This makes the bumper a true second shear support for the front mounting points of the a arms.
The entire bumper is built out of 3/16 steel plate to provide the best strength to weight ratio. Both the radiator mounting tube and the front sport bar are made from 1 3/4 x .095 wall DOM tubing. We designed the sport bar to provide protection around the bottom of the radiator, headlights and front grille plastics. Its a very clean and minimal design with many benefits.
